Making A Purchase Online
Purchasing could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, follow the instructions and complete a few details that will enable us to complete your purchase. We accept PayPal, credit card payments and use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure your card details are kept safe and secure. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the appropriate currency. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, Amex (American Express), Switch/Maestro, JCB and SOLO. If you would like to place an order with us without using the online facility, we will be more than happy to receive orders by traditional telephone, fax or by post.

Delivery Information
Any special requirements will be charged at the appropriate rate. The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery or collection. Ownership of the goods shall remain with us until full payment is received.

Delivery Time
Stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours. We endeavour to hold large enough stocks to cater for every eventuality. However if an item is not in stock we will advise an anticipated delivery date.

Tax Charges
The purchase price includes all relevant United Kingdom taxes.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). TOTAL ONLINE SECURITY IS OUR PRIMARY CONSIDERATION.

Your Satisfaction / Returns Policy
All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials. If, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to issue a refund.

We reserve the right not to issue refunds if, in our opinion the jewellery has been worn. (other than for the purpose of trying on). Due to contamination, if earrings have been tried on we can not offer refunds (other than for clip fitting).

Statutory Rights
